HOW CAN I HELP?
The need for food is constant. Non-perishable food items may be donated. In addition to canned goods of all kinds, there is a need for hot and cold cereals, juices, spaghetti, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter, jelly, baby food, detergent, soap, toilet paper and diapers. This LIST may be helpful.
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO RELIEVE HUNGER IN MY COMMUNITY?
You may volunteer to collect and distribute food, stock
shelves, answer the phone and staff the office.

WHY SHOULD I BE A VOLUNTEER?
Among other things: to use your experience, skill and wisdom to help your fellow man; to meet people and make new friends; to actively contribute to community life; to help those in need; and to lead a more active, dynamic life with the fulfillment of participation in the world around you.
I'M TOO BUSY TO VOLUNTEER, BUT I WANT TO HELP
Cash contributions help pay rent, utility and phone bills. They
are also needed to purchase foods that are not donated. We also
accept checks payable to the PV Emergency Food Bank, which may be
dropped off at the Food Bank, or mailed to the Food Bank.
Donations may also be made via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to donate via PayPal. They accept credit card payments. All data is securely maintained by PayPal. The Food Bank receives no credit card or account information, only your address, so that we may provide a Thank You. The PV Emergency Food Bank will not share any names or addresses with other organizations.
